1. Can scratches be removed from glass? Yes, we can successfully remove; scratches, Acid etched graffiti, hard water/mineral stains and most other damage to glass. Our technicians remove a very small layer of glass during the grinding and polishing process. The amount of glass removed is measured in microns and will not degrade the clarity of the glass if the process is done correctly.  ​The glass is as good as new and for a fraction of the cost to replacing it.

 

 

2. I have graffiti on my storefront glass, it looks like grey paint. I have tried everything to remove it, but nothing has worked, can you help? Yes, we have the solution. What you're more than likely seeing is actually acid etching. The glass is etched by acid that is applied in an acid pen much like a magic marker. Unfortunately there is no way to remove it simply by clean it. The good new is we a mechanical process that can completely remove it. 

 

 

3. Can anodized window frames be restored? I am considering having them painted, what do you suggest? Yes, in most cases we can restore them to their original condition. Only in rare circumstances and only if restoration is not a viable option do we suggest painting. When restored and properly sealed you will get substantially more life and a better finished product than painting.

 

 

4. I'm a Building engineer, my building has aluminum clad panels. The panels were originally grey, they have weathered over the years and now look almost white. Is there anyway to restore them or do they need to be repainted? Yes, they can be restored.​ When aluminum panels are exposed to the elements over years oxidation occurs. This, along with environmental contaminants leave the panels dull and unattractive. BRS has the capability to restore the panels to a like condition. Our restoration process can restore the panels and requires less maintenance than painting.

5. I have a very stained building, we had it professionally pressured washed but didn't get the results we were hoping for. Will your chemical cleaning process produce better results. Yes, sometimes pressure cleaning is not enough. When contaminants are embedded beneath the surface our products elevate the dirt and grim to the surface then we are able to remove using low and high pressure washing techniques. When building are extremely dirty is  very likely the building will be damaged before the stains are removed if chemicals are not use to loosen and elevate the stains.

 

6. How  important is it to seal a building? Very important, Sealers should be used after the stone cleaning process to close up the pores of the concrete or stone, in order to prevent the penetration of water and oil which act together to stain the stone again.
