Project Estimator/Manger: The incumbent is responsible for overall project from start to finish. . The construction estimator/project manager responsibilities span a broad spectrum, covering all the areas of project management like - Project Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Cost Control, Quality Management, Document Control, Contract Administration, and Safety Management while providing technical support to the field. A minimum of a five years proven track record is required and a four year construction related degree is preferred. A strong and unwavering drive to achieve absolute client satisfaction is a must.
Project Superintendent: A successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in directing all site related activities on the project. They will have extensive background in managing and directing large work crews. Duties will include delivering projects on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities. You will be responsibility for all field accounting, maintaining all field records. Applicant will have a have a proven track record of exceeding client expectations.
Account Executive/Sales: Requirements include a successful track record of developing and managing a sales territory. Ability to work independently, strong presentation and communication skills, and the willingness to achieve in a travel and telephone intensive job are needed. Applicant must be in the habit of generating and maintaining clear and accurate sales reports and sales call journals. In addition to developing new sales the position also requires the ability to maintain and service existing clients. All applicants should have a minimum of 5 years local experience and an existing client base that includes; Property management companies, general contractors, Real Estate Trust companies and Building owners. Experience in procuring work from federal, state and local government agencies is an added plus.
Field Technicians/Labor
High Rise Window Washer: Must be fully experienced in high-rise and commercial window cleaning. Applicant will be able to rig, operate and maintain Swing stages, Bosun’s chairs and a variety of high reach lifts. You must have a clean safety record and dedicated to maintaining a safe work place.
Glass Restoration and Repair Technician: Technicians must have 1 year minimum experience in repairing and restoring glass. A successful applicant must understand and be able to erect and operated swing stages and a variety of high reach lifts. Successful applicants will extensive experience in removing scratches, scratch graffiti, acid etched graffiti, and water/mineral stains and should be familiar with both dry and wet grinding system’s with the ability to work neat and clean.
Chemical Cleaning Technician: Technicians must be familiar with a variety of chemical cleaning techniques. 3 years minimum experience in art of restoring Brick, granite, GRFC panels, aluminum.
